About these roles: Both positions are full-time, permanent roles based at our London office with hybrid working flexibility. AI/ML Engineer

About the role

Build, train, and deploy predictive models for asset maintenance, cleaning optimisation, and anomaly detection within the JackTools platform.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop ML pipelines using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and AWS SageMaker
  • Design predictive maintenance and cleaning algorithms based on IoT sensor telemetry
  • Fine-tune models for accuracy, interpretability, and explainability
  • Collaborate with backend and data engineers on API integration
  • Maintain model retraining cycles and evaluate AI model drift over time

Skills and experience required

  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related discipline (Bachelor's minimum, Master's preferred)
  • Commercial ML model development experience, ideally with IoT/time-series data
  • Hands-on expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS SageMaker
  • Understanding of MLOps lifecycle, model explainability frameworks (SHAP, LIME)
  • Experience deploying machine learning models into production cloud environments

Business Intelligence Developer

About the role

Design dashboards and performance KPIs for property management, social housing, and FM clients of the JackTools platform.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop Power BI dashboards from data lake sources (Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake)
  • Automate KPI reporting for SLA compliance, occupancy, and maintenance efficiency
  • Collaborate with AI engineers and data teams on visualisation pipelines
  • Build reusable dashboard templates for white-label tenant deployments
  • Maintain data quality, refresh schedules, and dashboard performance optimisation

Skills and experience required

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related discipline
  • Commercial Power BI development experience in enterprise environments
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), DAX and Power Query
  • Strong data storytelling and stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience with Azure data platforms (Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake) preferred
