The JackTools platform.

A unified AI-driven solution for facilities management, asset maintenance, and statutory compliance — purpose-built for the UK housing sector.

In active development

Six modules. One platform.

Everything UK housing operators need to move from reactive to predictive.

AI Predict

LSTM and XGBoost machine learning models predict asset failures 12–30 days ahead from IoT sensor telemetry. 87% prediction accuracy in pilot deployments.

Compliance Tracker

Automated tracking for Awaab's Law (24hr acknowledgement, 14-day investigation, 5-day remediation), EICR, Gas Safety, LOLER, Fire Risk Assessment, Legionella, and Asbestos.

Work Orders / CAFM

End-to-end CAFM workflow — AI-raised, contractor dispatched, SLA tracked, evidence captured. Mobile-first contractor app on iOS and Android.

Cleaning AI

Occupancy-aware dynamic cleaning schedules using PIR and footfall data. Skips unoccupied zones. Pilot deployments demonstrated £84/day average saving per building.

Asset Register

Full lifecycle digital asset register with IoT-linked health scores, EPC tracking, AI-optimised PPM scheduling, and 5–20 year capital replacement forecasting.

Tenant Portal

White-label resident-facing app with defect reporting, repair tracking, automated Awaab's Law acknowledgements, and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility.

Built on a modern, UK-sovereign stack.

JackTools is built as a cloud-native multi-layered architecture, hosted exclusively in Microsoft Azure UK South. Every line of code, every byte of customer data stays in the UK. The platform combines proven enterprise technology with state-of-the-art machine learning — TensorFlow and PyTorch models running on Azure ML, real-time IoT telemetry via Azure IoT Hub, and Power BI dashboards built on Azure Synapse data lakes.

Why JackTools exists.

Awaab's Law came into force on 27 October 2025 under the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023 and the Hazards in Social Housing (Prescribed Requirements) Regulations 2025 (SI 2025/1042). UK social landlords now face strict statutory deadlines for damp and mould remediation — 24 hours for emergency hazards, 14 days for investigation, 5 days for safety works. Maximum penalty per breach is £40,000.

JackTools is purpose-built to help UK housing operators meet these obligations through IoT-driven early detection, automated workflows, and audit-ready compliance reporting.
